"Accelerating Collaboration" at the PAN4ND
Annual Meeting in Shanghai, June 2007
The Pan-Asian Network for Neglected Diseases (PAN4ND) Annual
Meeting was held at Shanghai Institute Materia Medica, 4th – 6th
June 2007, and included three sessions. For member institutions

1. Annual Meeting of the Pan-Asian Screening Network, 4th
June
The meeting included the Steering Committee meeting of the Pan-
Asian Screening Network as well as scientific presentations from
network partners.
2. Natural Product Working Group, 5th June
The working group will gather local experts who will discuss the
coordination of collection and preparation of natural substances
for screening against protozoan parasites
3. Natural Product Symposium, 6th June
Invited lectures from eminent researchers in the field of neglected
diseases and natural substances with 3 sessions focusing on:
